Due to the size, weight and type of our products - Returns will only be processed if the item is unopened and in original new condition so it can be resold. No refunds will be provided to customers if the scooter has been unpacked and/or used in any way.

The return process will be managed by Scoota Online. Refunds will only be processed on return of the scooter. The refund amount will be the original invoice price minus all Freight Costs, Warehouse Picking and Restocking Fees.
